Al Lander, Esq. has been a partner with The Law Offices of Greco, Lander and Shekell P.C. for more than 42 years.

He specializes in natural resources law representing companies in all facets of oil, gas, coal and timber businesses.

He testified as an expert witness in state and federal courts and spoke at seminars on numerous occasions.

Mr. Lander is active civically in the Clarion County Community.

He also practices in the areas of wills, trusts, estates and non-profits.

Zach Shekell, P.C. is a graduate of Clarion University and Florida Coastal School of Law

He was born and raised in Clarion County and continues to reside in Clarion with his wife and three kids.

Zach is active in the community and is a member of the Clarion Area School District Board of Directors and Clarion County YMCA Board of Directors.

Zach has been a partner with Greco, Lander and Shekell, P.C. since 2016. He specializes in real estate title issues, closings and refinances, civil litigation, estate planning, and business formations..
